About FreierTermin

FreierTermin is a project by Kaya Bytes from Cologne, founded by Ferhat Mert Kaya. We are not a government authority and do not work on behalf of one.

Finding an appointment at the citizens’ office, the immigration office or vehicle registration often takes time: many authorities, many booking systems, and free slots disappear quickly. FreierTermin brings the official channels together in one place and lets you know when something changes.

• No invented data: every authority and every availability has a source and a timestamp. What we do not know is shown as “Check required” or “Not available live”.
• Booking only on the official website: we do not reserve, book or sell appointments.
• Considerate checks: we query official sites bundled and rarely, respect robots.txt and never circumvent technical protection measures.
• Privacy: no tracking, no advertising, export and deletion of your data at any time.

FreierTermin is still under development. Not every city and authority is covered yet, and errors are possible. If you notice something – such as an outdated address or a wrong link – write to us. It helps everyone.
