  • c/o SourceArt · VM-00001706

REVIEWPlease review: the address is a c/o address (virtual office). Whether it qualifies as an address for service under § 5 DDG must be confirmed by a lawyer. The legal form of Kaya Bytes still needs to be added.

Contact

REVIEW§ 5(1) no. 2 DDG requires details enabling fast electronic contact and direct communication. Decide whether a second channel (e.g. phone) should be listed in addition to e-mail.

Register and VAT

  • Commercial register: [insert register court and number – omit if not registered]
  • VAT ID pursuant to § 27a UStG: [insert VAT ID – omit if none]
  • Business ID pursuant to § 139c AO: [insert, if any]
REVIEWOnly include details that actually exist. Never invent numbers or publish placeholders.

Responsible for content

Ferhat Mert Kaya, address as above [REVIEW: whether § 18(2) MStV applies to FreierTermin and this statement is required].

Not a government service

FreierTermin is an independent service by Kaya Bytes and not a government authority. You always book appointments directly on the official website of the responsible office. Names of cities, municipalities and authorities are used for descriptive purposes only.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. [REVIEW]

REVIEWCheck whether an information duty under § 36 VSBG applies (depending, among other things, on headcount and the use of terms and conditions) and whether a reference to the EU ODR platform is still required.

Single point of contact

Authorities and users can reach us electronically at [email protected]. We communicate in German and English.

REVIEWWhether FreierTermin is an intermediary service under the Digital Services Act (Art. 11, 12 DSA) depends on whether user content is stored in future (e.g. availability reports, comments). Currently FreierTermin only publishes information it collects itself.
